Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Take potato and onion and shred in a food processor or box grater. Crush garlic through a garlic press. Place all in a large mixing bowl and then add the ground turkey as well as the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly.Spray a casserole dish evenly with any non-stick spray (I like to use olive oil cooking spray).
