Here is how you make Turkey Meatballs and Mushroom Gravy:

Mix together turkey,egg beaters,bread crumbs and soup mix well. Roll into golf ball size balls. Add a little olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Brown on all sides and remove from pan. Add onions to pan then add mushrooms.Add 1c water and 1/4c 1% milk. Stir to combine completely and add meatballs back to pan.
