16 oz box of rotini noodles (or pasta of your choice)
1 bag of Kroger Recipe Beginnings vegetable soup mix
14.5 oz can no salt added diced tomatoes
1/2 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Spices:
Black pepper, 1/2 tsp
parsley, 1 T.
chives, 1/4-to-1/2 tsp
garlic powder, 1/2-to-1 tsp

In a large skillet, dutch oven or wok start browning the turkey. Add onion & bell pepper and saute along with turkey as it cooks. Meanwhile, in another pot, cook the pasta. When turkey is cooked, add the tomatoes, soup mix veggies and spices. Stir & simmer until frozen veggies are done. Drain the pasta & layer it on top of the turkey/veggie mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top. Continue cooking on a very low simmer for a few minutes to let cheese melt. Serve & enjoy.
