Remove skin from turkey breast. Place turkey breast on a lightly greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Combine oil, salt, and garlic; brush over turkey breast. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of breast, not touching bone. Roast in a 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, in a blender container or food processor bowl combine almonds and pine nuts. Cover and blend or process until finely chopped. In a small bowl combine the finely chopped nuts, coriander, cinnamon, and black pepper. 3. Remove turkey breast from oven. Brush surface with orange marmalade. Sprinkle with nut mixture; press gently so nuts adhere. Roast for 30 to 45 minutes more or until meat thermometer registers 170 degree F. Remove from oven.
