1 C Parmesan cheese (guessing here)


How Do I Make Parmesan Turkey Burger?

Here is how you make Parmesan Turkey Burger:

1) Chop up basil and parsley if using fresh.2) Chop up garlic and combine all together in a bowl.3) divide turkey into 4 patties. Mush together a pinch of the basil, parsley, garlic mixture with the turkey with your hands.4) Roll and mush the Parmesan into the turkey with your hands, so that the turkey doesn't feel like it will fall apart, and make into a patty.5) repeat with all patties6) grill for 12-20 minutes (depending on the heat of your grill), making sure to flip. The Parmesan will get crusty.Makes 4 patties.
