8 oz ground turkey 93% lean
2 TB italian seasoning
6 oz asparagus
1 ounce red wine
1 14.5 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes

Here is how you make Ground Turkey and Veggie Pasta Bake:

Mist saute pan with olive oil. Cook ground turkey (with 1tb italian seasoning) and onions until turkey is cooked through. Add asparagus and mushrooms. Continue to cook. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar (to cut acidity), and wine. Add 1 more TB italian seasoning and salt/pepper to taste. Cook for about ten minutes.
