Here is how you make Pasta Fagioli with Ground Turkey:

Brown the ground turkey in large sauce pan over med. heat. Drain off most of the fat. Add onion, carrots, celery, garlic and saute for 10 min. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta, and simmer for 1 hour. About 50 minutes into simmer time cook pasta for 10 min and drain. Add pasta to the pot of soup.
