Take sausage out of casings and cook until browned in skillet. Add small amount of water to make "sauce" and set aside. In a large sauce pot heat water and let go into a rolling boil. Add broccolli and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes. With a slotted spoon remove broccolli from water. Set aside. Put uncooked pasta in boiling water and cook until desired doneness.
