Here is how you make Turkey Saugage and Whole Grain Pasta Putanesca:

Saute garlic & red pepper flakes in 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Add sliced turkey sausages (2 sausages) and stir fry for 3-5 mins. Add veges and sautee for 3-5 mins. Add fresh and canned tomatoes & seasoning. Simmer over low heat for 15 mins.Meanwhile, cook pasta as per package instructions (without oil or salt). Save 1/2 cup of cooking liquid. Drain pasta, add 1.5 tbsp of olive oil and shredded parmesan cheese and black pepper (optional) and mix well.
