Add flour, mixing in to cook then add chicken broth, allow to cook and thicken. Add frozen peas at the last minute on the stovetop, then 1/2 the sour cream. Meanwhile prep instant mashed potatoes (or use leftover fresh) and blend in remainder of sour cream. Smooth potatoes over top of turkey/veggie mix, then rake top w/ a fork to create texture. Broil until potatoes brown slightly. (Top with chopped scallions or chives).
