Preheat oven to 350.In a saucepan, combine the vegetables and olive oil and saute briefly until they begin to turn tender. Add gravy and turkey. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Spray a pie plate with cooking spray. Add saucepan ingredients. Place pie crust on top and crimp the edges. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Melt margarine and brush on the pie crust at the last few minutes of baking.
