3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 1/3 cup lite reduced sodium fat free Chicken Broth
3 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original

Here is how you make Tasty Turkey Pot Pie:

Boil potatoes and carrots until fork tender. While they are boiling saute the turkey, onion, celery, garlic and mushrooms until done. Add the broth, potatoes, carrots and peas bring to a simmer and add the soup and cheese wedges. Simmer until cheese is melted, add parsley and shut off burner. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 even pieces and bake according to pkg directions. Cool and split top from bottom.
