1 1/2 - 2 cups mashed potatoes
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.Make mashed potatoes (either from scratch or frozen). Set aside.Saute onion in olive oil on medium-high heat until transparent. Add spices to taste.
