The ingredients for Turkey Pan Pie are:

1 onion
1 carrot
1 cup mushrooms
1 can green beans
1 can sliced potatoes
1 package chicken gravy
Parkay (or olive oil)
leftover roasted turkey breast
1 can Pillsbury biscuits

You can add any veggies you have on hand. I was out of olive oil so I used Parkay. Again, use what you have!


How Do I Make Turkey Pan Pie?

Here is how you make Turkey Pan Pie:

Hand shred leftover turkey breast and place in bowl.Cut onions and carrots. Add these to medium heat pan along with mushrooms and Parkay (or olive oil). Saute' until veggies are tender. Add to bowl.Open cans of veggies and add to bowl.Mix together with seasoning. (Mrs. Dash and Pepper)Put all the ingredients into a pyrex pan. Prepare gravy mix according to package directions. (Yields 1 cup) Pour the gravy over the mixture. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Remove dish and foil. Top with biscuits and cook according to package directions. (8-10 minutes)Allow to cool then serve and eat! You can really make this quickly and with whatever you have on hand. It's quite yummy and my husband eats it, so it can't be that bad!
