2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp Bob's Red Mills Gluten Free 1 to 1 flour (or regular AP Flour)

In large skillet heat 2 tbsp Vegetable Broth over medium high heat. Once it comes to a boil, add frozen vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook another 30 seconds. Add chopped turkey, rosemary, and sage. Reduce heat to low and simmer until heated through. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium high heat. Add flour and whisk until combined and starting to brown. Add in vegetable broth and continue to whisk until thickened and bubbly (5-7 minutes).
