Heat olive oil in large pan. Add ground turkey, onion, carrot, garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Add red pepper and frozen peas, cook until turkey is cooked.Meanwhile, begin to boiled potatoes for mash. When potatoes are soft, drain, return to pot, add butter and milk.
