Preheat oven to 375. Using ungreased muffin pan, place one biscuit in each of outside holes (leaving two center muffin cups of 12 muffin cup pan empty). Spread biscuit to cover bottom and sides of muffin cup. Place approx 1 tsp of shredded cheese in bottom of biscuit. Mix soup, peas, corn, and turkey or chicken in bowl. Spoon evenly into biscuits.
