1 pound ground pork
4 slices of high-fiber bread
2 eggs
1 6-ounce container of plain fat-free Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dry parsley
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1-2 teaspoon dry oregano (optional - for meatballs)
2-4 tablespoons barbecue sauce (optional - for meatloaf)

Here is how you make Turkey-Pork Meatloaf and Meatballs:

Preheat the oven to 415?F.Dice the bread into very small dice - about 1/4 inch. This is a great use for the end pieces of bread. Combine bread with all remaining ingredients except the barbecue sauce. If making both, reserve the oregano and add to the mixture after removing the portion for the meatloaf. Mix the ingredients with your hands until evenly combined, but be careful not to overwork.Form meatloaf that is about 4-5 inches across and 3-4 inches and keep evenly thick for even cooking. Bake for 15 minutes, then apply half of the barbecue sauce to make a glaze. After another 15 minutes, apply the rest. Continue baking approximately another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees.Make meatballs about 1 to 1.25 inches across, rolling in your hands. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 12-15 minutes until firm.
