2 tsp Jane's Crazy mixed salt
3 tbsp Basil
3 tbsp Oregano
3 cloves garlic
.75 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup shitake mushrooms
1 cup vidalia onions
12 oz lean ground Turkey
7 oz ground pork
.66 cup baked sweet potato
1 cup Part skim Ricotta cheese
4 oz 2% Mozzarella Cheese
1 egg
.25 cup seasoned bread crumbs
.5 cup marinara sauce


How Do I Make Turkey/pork ricotta Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Turkey/pork ricotta Meatloaf:

Bake the sweet potato and allow to cool. Saute the onions, mushrooms and garlic in the olive oil and allow to cool. Beat the egg with the marinara sauce and ricotta cheese. Add the turkey, pork, onions, bread crumbs, spices, mushrooms and sweet potato to the egg mix. Mix well and add half the mix to a loaf pan. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the loaf and then add the other half of the mix and shape into a loaf. cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45-60 min.
