Here is how you make Turkey Kafta:

Cut the medium oninon in quarters, and put in a food processor along with a TBSpoon of salt and TBSpoon of "7 spice". It's a spice you find at arabic stores. blend it until smooth.chop up about a cupe of flatleef parsley.Add both the oninon mixture and the parsely to the ground turkey, and mix well with clean hands, then flatten into a 9x12 pan.For the potatoes: peel and slice about 1/2 inch thick longitudinally.
