How Do I Make Turkey Ragu? Here is how you make Turkey Ragu: In large non-stick skillet (I use 12"), melt butter with olive oil. (It's tempting to skip the butter for a lighter fat, but resist - the butter is worth every calorie!)Saute onion until slightly soft then add celery and carrots. Cook 3 - 5 minutes, stirring regularly.Add ground turkey and brown.Add wine and cook until evaporated, stirring occasionally.Add milk and nutmeg, cook until evaporated, stirring regularly. DO NOT allow to boil. Grind fresh pepper to taste.Add canned tomatoes. I use whole ones and mush them up by hand, but that is messy and diced work fine. Simmer forever!I like to serve this over whole wheat pasta, but the barilla plus is very good too.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SIMSARAH.What's The Nutritional Info For Turkey Ragu? The nutritional information for Turkey Ragu is:
