Here is how you make Ground Turkey, Red Cabbage and Brown Rice:

Cook 2 cups dry brown rice with 1 tsp salt. Brown the ground turkey in a tbsp of olive oil, adding seasoning of choice, 1 tsp salt and onions. I have used a seasoning mixture for making turkey sausage that adds nice flavor. In a pot or saut? pan, add a little olive oil and toss diced red cabbage. Let it saut? for several minutes. Once the brown rice is done, mix all into a large saut? pan, add additional olive oil and salt as needed. Serve warm.
