10 fresh loquats quartered with seeds and membrane removed

2 Tbl salt
4 Tbl Chinese five spice
1 can Odoul's nonalcholic brew
1 renolds baking bag and pop-up timer
2 1/2 cups medium grain brown rice

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.2. Prepare Roasting bag with flour and shake.3. Place bag in heavy pan and cooking rack inside bag.4. Place onion, celery and loquat quarters on rack.5. Rub spices into turkey and place on rack with pop-up timer in breast.6. Roast at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake until pop-up is up or wing falls away from the rest of the meat.7. One Hour before turkey is ready, prepare brown rice.8. Remove Turkey and pour beer into bag to release the dripings. Strain drippings from bag. Save vegetables and fruit.9.
