Kroger 2% sharp cheese, 1.5 cup

Here is how you make Parker Family Excellent Turkey Black Bean and Rice Burritos Supreme:

In a large saucepan, cook turkey and beef together, draining off the fat. In a second sauce pan, saute the onion and green peppers. Add the salsa. Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add to the peppers, stir in and cook down. Add to meat pan. Add rice and beans, stir carefully and blend. On a large cookie sheet, place a piece of parchment or spray the pan.Put a large spoonful on a tortilla and sprinkle some of the cheese on top. Roll it over, tucking in the ends. We still don't quite have the pretty look, but they work. Fill the cookie sheet and go to the next. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until they are golden on the edges.
