1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Sugar

Here is how you make Pineapple Turkey'd Brown Rice:

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Pour chicken broth and pineapple juice into large skillet that has a cover. Add rice. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 25 minutes. Add turkey and all peppers. Recover and cook 10-15 minutes. Add ground cloves and Cinnamon Sugar. Stir well. Turn off heat. Uncover.
