Here is how you make Quick Cheesy Spinach and Turkey Rice:

Brown turkey in a large skillet. Add chopped onion, Stir in flour and mix until well blended. Add the chicken broth and stir til sauce boils 1 minute. Add chopped spinach and rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Add shredded cheese and cover to melt cheese on top. Serve with sliced fruit on the side.
