Here is how you make Turkey Chickpea Chili over Brown Rice:

Brown ground turkey in skillet. Remove and drain, set aside. Saute the onion, garlic and jalapeno in olive oil. Drain and rinse beans add all ingredients (exept rice) to pan and continue to simmer for about 60 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
