l/2 cup plus 2 Tbs. low salt or homemade chicken broth
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup sliced black olives (60 grams)
2 T. white flour
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
sprinkle of white or pepper
1/4 tsp. parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Turkey Curry Over Brown Rice (Crepe Option):

Heat teflon fry pan over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. chicken broth, celery, garlic and onions. Saute adding another Tbsp. chicken broth if the pan becomes dry. Remove from heat. In a jar with a lid, shake 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup broth, 1 tsp. curry powder and 2 Tbsp. flour. Pour into pan and return to heat stirring until thickened. Add white pepper and salt to taste. Fold in chicken and olives. Heat through. Serve over brown rice (you will have to count the calories for rice separately - not included in the above recipe) and sprinkle with 1 tsp. parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.You can also make this filling into crepes. Fill each crepe, place into oiled baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
