Combine all ingredients together as if you are making meatloaf.Add the following seasonings. You decide the portion according to your taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder,fresh basil and/or rosemary ( I use these 2 fresh herbs from my garden, snipping off about 2 TB of each with kitchen shears. ) Press this "loaf" into the bottom of a casserole dish or a 9" X 9" pan. Bake for 20 minutes covered in foil and 5 -10 more without foil. Serving Size:?Serves 9
