- 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. hot cooked brown rice

Here is how you make Turkey-Rice Stuffed Squash:

(1) Pierce each squash several times and place on paper towels in microwave. Cook on high 6-8 minutes or until slightly tender. Cut in 1/2 lengthwise; discard seeds and membranes.(2) Place halves (cut side down) in 13x9x2 glass pan. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes.(3) Place carrots and turkey in 1.5 qt. baking dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes (stir at 1.5 min).
