4 oz. Ground Turkey
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup frozen, chopped spinach
1 oz. fresh mozzarella
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Turkey Spinach Rice Mix:

Throw the 4 oz. of turkey into a heated small skillet on medium heat, throw frozen spinach in as well. Once rice is cooked (I used Trader Joe's microwaveable brown rice), throw in with the other ingredients and drizzle olive oil on top. Cook until turkey is cooked through, maybe about 10 minutes or so. Mozzarella is optional, but can give the rice mix a nice risotto feeling.
