1.5 cup green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 cup onions, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
4 cups whole wheat rotini noodles
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp sriracha sauce
1/2 cup mozzerella cheese
4 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Turkey and Salsa Goulash:

Boil rotini noodles for 10-12 minutes, drain and return to pot with no heat. Combine turkey, green bell peppers, onions and jalapenos with worcestershire and sriracha sauces in a separate skillet and cook until meat is browned and veggies soften.
