Use in place of traditional spaghetti sauce on top of spaghetti squash. May use extra lean ground turkey and any veggies you happen to have, cooked or raw. Season with basil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. This list is what I happened to have on hand. May also add Italian sauage (taken out of casing). Prep and cooking time depends on veggies used

2 cups fresh spinach

1 red bell pepper
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 - 15oz. can Hunt's Sauce
2 cups cooked broccoli
4 cloves garlic
basil, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt (optional) to taste
1 spaghetti squash
