preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all ingredients in a bowl and place into muffin tins sprayed with non stick cooking spray. place a dip into the top of the meat loaf and pour a little of the barbeque sauce(roughly a teaspoon) and bake meatloaf for 30 minutes or until completely cooked in the middle.
