Combine everything except turkey, pasta, and sauce in a large bowl and mix well. Add turkey and gently mix. Take a small bit and fry off, taste and check for seasoning. When satisfied, shape into 24 meatballs. Let them sit for a few minutes as they will hold their shape better. Fry off, 8 at a time, in a skillet sprayed with Pam. Brown on all sides and cook through.
