3/4 Cup 2% Milk
1 Small Onion (chopped)

1/4 Cup Ketchup (topping mixture)
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar (topping mixture)
2 Tsp Mustard (topping mixture)

Here is how you make Turkey Meatloaf with Tangy Sauce:

Mix the ketchup, brown sugar & mustard together in a small bowl and set aside. Grease a loaf pan. Put the bread crumbs and the milk in a large bowl. Let the bread crumbs soak until they are completely wet. Add the egg whites, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the ground turkey. With clean hands, work the ingredients together until they are well mixed. In the bowl, shape the mixture into a firm ball. Put the ball into the loaf pan and shape it into a loaf a little narrower than the loaf pan. Use flattened hands to mold the sides. Pat the top smooth. Press closed any cracks. Loaf should not touch the pan's sides. Heat the oven at 350 degrees. Spread topping mixture over meat loaf and bake for 1 hour.Serving Size:?6 Servings
