1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 clove crushed garlic
1 lrg egg (could use egg beaters)
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
(couldn't find this in the food list, I'm sure it will add sodium)

3 tbs ketchup

Here is how you make Turkey Meatloat:

1. Preheat oven to 425.2. Spray a small loaf pan with non-stick spray.3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except ketchup, mixing until well blended.4. Mold meat mixture into the loaf pan.5. Spread ketchup evenly on top of uncook loaf.6. Cover with foil.7. Bake for approx. 30 minutes @ 425.8.
