* *Jennie O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage Lean, 5 serving (entire package)
* *Ragu Old World Style Pasta Sauce w/Meat, 26 oz
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
* Chili powder, 1 tbsp
* Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
* Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
* Salt pinch to taste
* Pepper pinch to taste

Here is how you make Turkey Sausage - Meat Sauce:

Squeeze sausage out of casings, and cook in pan. Seperate as cooking.Once sausage is cooked add onions and saute both for a few minutes.Add jar of sauce and remaining ingredients.Once combine cover and simmer for 30 minutes on medium to low heat, stir often. You can have it simmer for longer if desired, I usually simmer for and hour or so. It thickens up a bit and everything reduces nicely.Should yield 6-8 servings.
