Nonstick spray coating
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup skim milk (I used non fat milk)
2 tsp all purpose flour
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp snipped fresh chives
dash pepper
1 tsp dijon style mustare

Here is how you make Turkey W. Honey-Mustard Sauce:

Rinse turkey; pat dry. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray coating. Preheat skillet at medium head. Add turkey steaks. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or til tender and no longer pink, turning once. Remove from skillet, keep warm. Meanwhile, stir together chicken broth, milk, flour, honey,chives and pepper. Add broth mixture to skillet. Cok and stir til thickened and bubbly.
