Slice peppers and onions into 1/3" pieces. Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute peppers, onions and garlic in skillet over medium-high heat until almost tender.Cut sausage links into chunks (or leave whole). Add sausage to skillet and brown. Place lid on pan and lower heat to medium-low for 15-20 minutes, until sausage is cooked through.
