How Do I Make Turkey Sausage and Collards dinner?

Here is how you make Turkey Sausage and Collards dinner:

This can be made on the stove top in an hour, however, I like to prep it into the crock pot and return to find dinner done. A seving equals 1.5 cups of collards and sausage mixed. If you like, you may add the cooking broth too.Crock Pot Directions: Chop sausage and collards into your pot. Add water and veggie broth. If your pot needs a lot of water to work, add the 5 cups of water. (some of the newer ones do not need to be full) Set your crock to high if you are fixing it in 3 or less hours, low for 8 hour time spans. On the stove, bring collards to boil then reduce heat to a fast simmer for 45 minutes. Add the sausage for the last 15 minutes to "warm up" This will leave a bit of "tooth" or "crunch" to the collards. I don't like them as mush. Feel free to e-mail me for particulars.
