Here is how you make Turkey Sausage and Leeks:

Cut leeks and thoroughly wash.Preheat olive oil in skillet at medium high. Remove turkey sausages from casings and put into skillet. Break up the sausage so the meat resembles ground meat. Add leeks. Cook until you no longer see pink.Add frozen peas and stir for a minute or two. Add chicken broth and margarine. Turn burner to low and let broth and peas warm up while margarine melts.
