Here is how you make Turkey Sausage Goulash:

In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add the diced tomatoes. I baked the sausage until brown and sliced them into little rings then added to the pot. Chop the cabbage and toss into pot to get soft. Boil the noodles separately, and add butter after draining. I prefer to mix the noodles but others like to serve the goulash over the noodles on a plate.
