8 oz of fresh shrimp
4 oz of turkey (use chicken or pork as well)

4 tbsp feta cheese
2 tbsp of butter
1 cups of Vanilla Soy Slender
4 tbsp of heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp of parsley
2 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of granulated garlic
1 tsp of paprika

Per serving carb 6.1Spagetti squash preparation 15-20 minutes1. Take a fresh spagetti squash and cut in half.2. Remove seeds and strings from center of squash. Refridgerate rest of squash.3.
