1 1/2 lbs Chicken or Turkey Cutlets
3 cups of fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup of fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup of Marsala wine
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Pam cooking spray
Salt and Pepper


How Do I Make Skinny Turkey Marsala?

Here is how you make Skinny Turkey Marsala:

Mix Flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. "Dredge" turkey cutlets in the flour, making sure to coat both sides lightly. Place on a plate until ready to cook.Spray a large frying pan with Pam or a canola oil spray and place on medium/high heat. Once heated, place turkey cutlets in pan and cook until golden, about 5-6 minutes each side. Remove from pan. Add chicken broth, onions, and mushrooms to the pan and simmer until tender. Add half of the marsala and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp of flour to the pan and wisk until smooth.
