Here is how you make Slow Cooker Turkey Joes:

Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add ground turkey, onion powder, minced garlic, and seasoning vegetables to skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until turkey is browned and crumbled and vegetables are softened. Drain well. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine ketchup, tomato paste, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and paprika and mix well. Add turkey mixture, water, and sauce to slow cooker and mix well.
