Form golf ball sized meat balls. In heated 5qt saute pan (I like to use a tablespoon of olive oil) add formed meatballs and brown on all sides until cooked through. While browning meatballs, boil desired amount of pasta in a pot; drain when tender. After meatballs have been browned (I don't care to drain the fat as there shouldn't be that much; if there is, drain most of it-leave some for flavor) add the cream of soup followed by one can of milk. Stir, bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened (about 10-15 minutes).
