What Are The Ingredients For Turkey Strogonoff Recipe?The ingredients for Turkey Strogonoff are: *Turkey, Ground turkey,16 ozCream of Mushroom Soup, 2 can (or 1 large) Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, (I used several portabellas) Onions, 1 cup, chopped Celery, 2 stalks chopped Garlic, 3 cloves minced Red Peppers, 1 cup chopped Beef broth, 1 can Red Wine, 1/2 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Pea Pod, 4 oz broken in half *Chobani - Greek Yogurt Non-Fat, Plain 6 oz. salt and pepper to taste How Do I Make Turkey Strogonoff?Here is how you make Turkey Strogonoff: chop onion, celery, peppers, and garlic and saute in EVOO. Clean and chop mushrooms (I used portabellas but any will work). Add mushrooms after other veggies have cooked down a bit. Add meat and brown, breaking it up as it cooks. When the meat is browned add wine, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup and pepper (maybe about 1 tsp). Allow this to cook for about 20 - 30 minutes on low temp, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. In the last 10 minutes add the pea pods (strings removed and broken in half). Turn heat off and stir in greek yogurt. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
