Here is how you make Ground Turkey Spicy Goulash:

Brown ground turkey - drain. Add the bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes and pepper. Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add 2 cans of tomatoes, with the hot sauce and the macaroni. Add a little water, 1 tbsp at a time if too dry. Simmer over medium-low heat until macaroni is cooked to desired tenderness.
