Squeeze meat out of casing and brown turkey sausage. Crumble and brown, do not drain!While that is browning; chop your onion, pepper and garlic.... Place those in your browned meat. Let simmer until onion is transparent. Thaw your spinah as directed on packaging, drain VERY WELL and add..... Then add cheese right before serving...
